Our reception area is a tranquil and relaxing place where beauty clients and club members can kick back, relax and enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee.

The changing rooms are contemporary in appearance and have individual showers, locker and changing area, as well as sauna, sun shower, hair dryers and hair straightening facilities.

The main gym consists of four main areas, The cardio Room, the resistance room, stretch and free weights area and the assessment Centre:

The cardio area facilitates treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, rowers, steppers and cross trainers that are equipped with the cardio theatre system. Like the resistance room, this area is fully air conditioned and is staged around several large TV screens.

The variable resistance area houses a full range of equipment that is designed to help you shape and tone all areas of the anatomy, including leg extension, leg curls, separate inner and outer thigh, Glutes (the bottom), lat pulldown, chest press, peck deck, triceps, bicep and seated row.

The stretch and free weights area is set aside for specialist abdominal and core work, stretch and one to one instruction, this also facilitates the Vibration Exercise station/power plate, The Vibration concept is said to be an essential part of the fitness regimes of many A list celebrities! Adjacent to the main gym is the assessment centre; this area is used for private consultations, fitness, lifestyle and Nutritional Assessments.

This is where the transformation process begins; all new members are offered an assessment with an experienced member of staff, the assessment is quite in depth and takes about an hour to complete, this includes height, weight, BMI, Body composition, heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, lung Function and efficiency, strength and Fitness level, this is to determine which programme might best suit your individual needs, following this process your fitness professional will compile a comprehensive and detailed report, on all aspects of the assessment, enabling them to design and write your individual plan.
